Seoul National University and China’s Tsinghua University concluded an agreement on international academic exchanges in Seoul last week.
The accord, the 107th of its kind SNU has concluded with other entities, was signed by SNU President Lee Jang-moo and his Tsinghua counterpart Gu Binglin, when the latter paid a call on Lee.
The agreement calls for exchange in faculty and students between the two schools, mutual cooperation in joint research and sharing of information and data.
Together with Peking University, Tsinghua is one of the most prestigious universities in China, especially in the science and engineering fields.
