Professor Yongho Park of College of Veterinary Medicine  developed a natural anti-virus chemical which can prevent SARS.

This new chemical blocks PED(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea) which cause Corona virus in human body, so it can prevent SARS from the start.

Prof. Park’s team said that the pigs injected with PED virus and this anti-virus stayed normal, while others injected only with PED virus got severe diarrhea. He said that this chemical will be soon industrialized through technology transfer to venture business, and be helpful to prevent other infectious diseases.
