3. Main Services
- Laundry, cleaning and alterations at a cost lower than the market price.
- Convenient cleaning services for graduation gowns, lab coats and other on-campus group attires.
- Home consultations, door to door pick-up and delivery service to customers whose service payment exceeds 10,000 won. (Buildings restricted to outsiders excluded)
- Issuance of various documents, including estimation sheets and tax bills.
- Dependable care of items through a computerized customer management system and issuance of delivery forms and receipts.
- Promised completion hours are always kept, and a text message notification is upon completion is supplied
- Prepayment is a general rule.

※ Dream Laundry (a chemical-free, environment friendly dry cleaning method, which uses natural oils to nourish the fabric, preventing dermatological allergies and fabric damage) and restoration treatment (a method of restoring the original color of clothing, stained or faded to an extent that it can’t be cleaned through regular laundry or dry cleaning methods) may be executed after consultation with the customer.
