- To set yearly PR objectives & plans
- To draft yearly PR budget
Management of PR events and related documentations
- To plan and execute events such as Admission Information Session (입학설명회) and
MBA Board Meeting (자문위원회)
- To manage official documents & messages related with the company
(eg. press release, statement, press kit, feature, column, etc)
- To coordinate and manage PR partner companies effectively
Communications
- To develop & implement the communication activities to introduce MBA programs and
its reputation in the market
Internal Communication
- To support and facilitate the flow of information within the company ( eg. Newsletter...)
- GSB (Graduate School of Business) Website maintenance.
Media Relations
- To enhance media relationship and handle media inquires effectively
- To support the MBA Committee's (MBA 운영위원회) activities related with media
International Relations
- Communicating with partner schools regarding dual degree and exchange programs
- Executing dual degree programs and exchange programs based on the MOU
- Selecting students who applied for dual degree or exchange programs
F T Ranking
- Collecting and organizing related documents and materials to rank the high position at FT
- Managing related work regarding FT Ranking
[Qualification]
- Minimum of 3~4 years professional experience in the PR or marketing communications
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Good planning and documentation skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Budget awareness and good business sense
