The 10^th Debate Forum from the Institute of the Central Eurasian Studies (ICES) will be taking place with Professor Reuven Amitai. Professor Reuven Amitai from Hebrew University is currently studying Central Asia History and is the Director of the Institute of Asian and African Studies.
