SNU Diversity Council holds the 5th Diversity Book/Film Recommendation Contest. We encourage active participation of SNU members.
What do you think ‘diversity’ is?
This is your opportunity to let us know! Recommend a book or movie that regards diversity from a new and different perspective!
○Contest Period: April 3 rd (Mon) ~ April 23 rd (Sun) at midnight (3 weeks)
○Who Can Participate: SNU students, staff, faculty
○How to Participate: Through the Diversity Council website (https://diversity.snu.ac.kr/?lang=en )
-Write your personal thoughts on the book or movie and your reason for recommending it (length requirement: between 300 and 400 words).
A pop-up ad on the website’s homepage will tell you where to post it.
-Your book or movie must NOT be one that was already selected in other SNU book fairs.
To see these, refer to the SNU Library website (in the “Find” drop-down menu, choose “Collections”; on the page that comes up, select “Issues”).
-One entry is allowed per person. Entries will be checked for plagiarism.
-Examples of recommendations can be found on the “Archive” page (in the “Resources” drop-down menu) of the Diversity Council website.
Prizes: The winners will be announced on the Diversity Council website on May 12 th.
-Book category: 3 rd -generation AirPods (5 people), 50,000-won gift certificate to Kyobo Bookstore (25 people)
-Film category: 3 rd -generation AirPods (2 people), 50,000-won gift certificate to CGV cinemas (8 people)
