The Institute of Traditional Korean Food would like to cordially invite you to our Korean taste testing event where you will try forty classic Korean dishes and be asked to give your candid evaluation on each dish. In collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Republic of Korea, we are standardizing twenty Korean dishes abroad as part of the initiative of the <Upgrading of Korean Food at the Korean restaurant in Korea and Abroad> Project.
At the end of the taste test, we intend to determine forty most favorable Korean dishes amongst Americans who have lived/still living in Los Angeles and New York. We hope you will be able to participate in this gathering and enjoy our assortment of classic Korean cuisine.

 *The event will not be in the form of buffet. All participants will be given out one piece of each dish.
