International Conference on “Trade and Merchants along the Silk Road”

The Institute of the Central Eurasian Studies (ICES) and the HK Civilization Research Project of the Institute of Humanities are holding an academic conference on Trade and Merchants along the Silk Road as the 2nd part of the “Confluence of Civilizations in Central Eurasia: Past and Present”. Through examination of long distance trades and international merchants, Central Eurasia merchants and the characteristic of their trades will be further discussed.
