Ulrich Teichler, a renowned scholar and professor in the field of higher education research, will be giving a lecture under the theme, “University evaluation, based on human resource development perspectives.” All those interested are encouraged to attend.

Professor Teichler is one of the most internationally renowned pedagogist from Europe, specializing in the area of education policy, industry-academic cooperation, higher education research, and international comparative education. He is a veteran researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute, a prominent research institute in Germany, and his wide breadth of academic accomplishments has led him to carry active interaction with the United States, Japanand China. He has been in charge of making university policy decisions during his term as a vice-president and as a dean at his University, and is currently serving his 16th year as the director at the International Centre for Higher Education Research at University of Kassel, Germany.
