As part of the 2025 Inter-Korean Cultural Exchange Education Program, the Institute for Peace and Unification Studies (IPUS) at Seoul National University and the Korean Political Science Association will co-host the academic paper contest titled <Together Again! Inter-Korean Cultural Exchange Paper Contest> with support from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
· Contest Overview
- Topic: Academic papers (up to 20 A4 pages) exploring themes such as strategies for promoting Inter-Korean cultural exchange or comparative studies of North and South Korean cultures.
· Eligibility
- Individuals or teams (up to 3 people) enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs at universities in South Korea (including students on leave or pending graduation). Proof of enrollment (such as a certificate of enrollment or leave of absence) must be submitted.

- Submission Period: June 16 (Mon) – July 25 (Fri), 2025
- Announcement of Winners: August 15 (Fri), 2025
- Award Ceremony & Presentations: August 27 (Wed), 2025
· Awards
- Grand Prize (1 paper): KRW 1,000,000
- First Prize (2 papers): KRW 500,000 each
- Excellence Award (2 papers): KRW 300,000 each
- Honorable Mention (5 papers): KRW 100,000 each
