A Special Opportunity to Experience the Sensory Spectrum of Percussion!
For June's Tuesday Concert, we are pleased to present a solo recital by Naoki Yasuda, associate principal timpanist of the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra (FRSO) and a globally active percussionist.
This concert, themed "Contrast and Gradation," will showcase the distinctive characteristics of percussion through snare drum, marimba, and timpani, featuring works that maximize contrast and depth of expression.
Through the interplay of intensity and delicacy, clarity and subtle nuances, this rhythmic spectacle will explore the texture of sound, the spatial resonance of percussion, and the boundless world of percussive music.
We warmly invite percussion specialists and all those interested in contemporary music and the arts to experience this inspiring performance.
