Lecture Overview
The relationship between space and the individual is profoundly personal.
Shaped by culture, imagination, and personal memory,
external spaces become reflections—or mirrors—of our inner worlds.
In this lecture, Simone Bossi explores how iconic architectural works and everyday spaces intersect with human psychology. Through a slow, reflective approach, he invites us to rediscover space not as a fixed visual image, but as a living presence—felt, sensed, and experienced.
Join us on a meditative journey to perceive “space” in a new way, where distance becomes a lens through which we encounter the present moment.
About the Speaker
Simone Bossi is an Italian photographer with a background in architecture.
He studied architecture in Milan and Seville and practiced professionally across Europe for five years before fully transitioning into photography.
Working with architects, publishers, and brands, Bossi captures spatial atmospheres through a deeply introspective lens—favoring ambiguity, fragmentation, and mood over rigid representation. His work seeks to evoke the emotional essence of architecture beyond its form.
