#Topic: Digital Healthcare 2025 – Age of Generative AI

#Abstract:
Digital healthcare aims to enhance the quality of medical services using AI technology, providing benefits to both patients and medical professionals. In particular, with the emergence of generative AI in November 2022, the digital healthcare sector has been undergoing significant transformations, and this presentation will introduce various case studies related to these developments. Naver has been pioneering innovative services using its own generative AI, HyperCLOVA X. CLOVA CareCall is a service that checks on elderly individuals and is currently used by multiple local governments, reducing the workload of field workers by 90%. NAVER CARE, Naver’s in-house medical center, offers customized health management programs tailored to employees in the IT industry. Looking ahead, Naver plans to leverage its in-house medical center to build an AI-driven, full-cycle patient experience management system.
