17th Anniversary Forum on the Enforcement of the Anti-Discrimination Act for Persons with Disabilities
Diagnosing the Current Status of Redress Institutions and Future Challenges

The annual forum commemorating the enforcement of the Anti-Discrimination Act for Persons with Disabilities aims to assess the current landscape of disability discrimination and explore legal applications and response strategies based on major cases.

In 2025, the forum will focus on evaluating the current status and identifying future tasks for the primary redress institutions designated by the Act—namely, the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, the Ministry of Justice, and the courts—with the goal of enhancing their roles.
