Jan 24, 2025

Hello,

The Seoul National University Institute for Learning Sciences will be hosting the "2025 Winter Break Workshop on Research Methodology in Learning Sciences" to promote interdisciplinary research in the field of learning sciences.

We are honored to have Dr. Gyesam Chung from the Jülich Research Center in Germany and Professor Jongseong Kim from Hiroshima University to explore research methodologies in learning sciences based on artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and data. Additionally, there will be a workshop on utilizing ChatGPT for academic research, including practical applications and case studies.

Event Details

The workshop will cover the fundamental concepts of brain connectomics and their applications. It will also explore case studies in medicine and psychology, leveraging methodologies from the Jülich Research Center to discuss their potential applications in learning and education. Furthermore, there will be an opportunity to delve into how data can be utilized in designing, observing, reflecting on, and improving teaching practices, particularly to enhance teacher expertise.

This event is an excellent opportunity for researchers and students interested in research methodologies related to artificial intelligence and learning data. With its hybrid format, we hope for enthusiastic participation from those interested.

Thank you!
