The Interdisciplinary Program in European Studies at SNU aims to cultivate professionals with expertise in the European region, a re-emerging global player in politics, economics, history, and culture.
This program offers students from related fields—French Language and Literature, German Language and Literature, Western History, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Spanish Language and Literature, Geography, and Political Science and International Relations—opportunities to integrate their academic interests with a regional perspective.
As part of this initiative, we are pleased to announce a special seminar featuring Samantha Frost, a visiting scholar from the Department of Political Science, on December 23, 2024. The event will include an introduction to Prof. Frost's research, along with a reading and discussion on contemporary European political theories.
