About the Speaker

Ji-Hye Park studied Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, as well as Business Administration, at Seoul National University. She further specialized in environmental studies at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies, Seoul National University, and Lund University in Sweden. She has served as a full-time lawyer at the Green Law Center, director at Climate Solutions, and co-representative and director of Plan 1.5. Currently, as a member of the National Assembly, she focuses on advancing climate politics, achieving balanced development through a climate-driven economy, and promoting carbon neutrality policies.

This lecture will explore the intricate relationship between climate and the economy under the theme "The Era of Climate Crisis: A Major Economic Transition."
