In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Korean Association of Women’s Studies (KAWS), the SNU Institute for Gender Research and KAWS are co-hosting the upcoming Fall International Conference at Seoul National University on Saturday, November 9.

The theme of this conference, Posthuman Era: The Material Transformation of Feminism, explores feminist insights into navigating the challenges of the posthuman era, including climate crises, advances in science and technology, and the intensifying issues of hatred and inequality, from various perspectives.

Additionally, starting at 5:00 PM, we invite you to join us in a celebratory and solidarity gathering to commemorate the 40th anniversary of KAWS.
