1. Application Period
- From **Monday, October 14, 2024** to **Wednesday, November 6, 2024**, 23:59
2. Dispatch Area
- Around **Yecheon County, Gyeongsangbuk-do**
- **Scheduled Dispatch Dates:** Monday, January 6, 2025 - Wednesday, January 8, 2025
3. Target Participants
- Undergraduate and graduate students of Seoul National University interested in social contributions to youth in underprivileged areas.
※ Leave of absence and exchange students are eligible, but they must be able to participate in all scheduled activities as outlined in the recruitment announcement.
4. Eligibility (Common Criteria)
- Interested in social contribution activities targeting youth in underprivileged areas.
- Able to attend **all regular and ad-hoc meetings** (refer to recruitment guidelines for details).
- Must have passion for the activities and be actively engaged in the entire program.
- Open to new environments and cultural changes, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Passionate about continuous social contribution and volunteer activities after the program.

7. Main Activities (Tentative)
1) **"Finding Dreams" Program:** Planning and executing career and aptitude discovery programs
- **Content:** Helping rural students, who have limited exposure to various career paths, discover their aptitudes and find their dreams.
2) **Individual Roadmap Design:** Planning and executing a small-scale mentoring program
- **Content:** Creating a roadmap with specific steps and goals to help mentees pursue their dreams based on their individual aptitudes.
3) **Experience Programs:** Planning and executing career experience and mentoring programs within the local community
- **Content:** Visiting institutions within the community to experience local jobs, carrying out tasks to enhance interest in local careers, and helping mentees establish job values.
8. Key Information
- The target audience is youth residing in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the activity content will be decided through meetings among the team members.
- The duration, content, and methods of volunteer activities may change according to the decision of the Global Social Contribution Organization's director, considering factors like COVID-19 and other domestic or international circumstances.
- All interviews will be conducted **in person**. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a remote interview may be arranged (Interview Dates: November 12 and 13).
- All meetings for the 2024 On-Site Mentoring program will be conducted in **Korean**. Therefore, we are recruiting students who can communicate in Korean.
