- Potential Participants Include: People interested in the Contact Improvisation / People looking to become more self-aware of their kinesthetic body / People looking socialize with people of diverse backgrounds through dance.

Contact Improvisation is an improvisation dance methodology that seeks to create a natural flow of movement through the physical contact between bodies. It is not only used as a professional dance methodology, but is commonly used as a therapeutic tool for people to simulate relationships that occur in real life and to become aware of the ways in which we treat the body at large.

Project ‘SNUCONFE’ aims to overcome the hyper-changing relationships of modern society with a more open-minded and flexible attitude through the practice of contact improvisation.

* All workshops are adjustable in difficulty in accordance to the participants comfortability
* All events include physical contact with the help of a guide
* Participants may choose to participate in specific workshops of their liking
