Disability Awareness Improvement Week: A Small Step to Change the World, Your Heart
On September 12, Seoul National University and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities signed a memorandum of understanding to promote the value of diversity through the creation of disability-friendly environments.
In this regard, the Diversity Committee and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities are jointly hosting the following events for Disability Awareness Improvement Week:
- September 30 (Monday), 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Dreamers - A creative musical by the developmental disability group, La-Hap (Gwanak Hall, Gaon Hall)
- October 2 (Wednesday), 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Adding Light to Our Lives - A classical concert by the visually impaired Hanbit Arts Group (Gwanak Hall, Gaon Hall)
- October 4 (Friday), 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Disability awareness promotion and vocational assessment booths (in front of Jahayeon)

Both performances serve as cultural experiential education aimed at improving disability awareness (mandatory legal training). We encourage all members of Seoul National University to show great interest and participate!
