Anything that comes into contact with fire is destroyed.
It doesn't disappear, it's swallowed by the fire.
To see fire is to see the memories it holds.
In the white flames, we are confronted piece by piece with the memories we have swallowed deep within our hearts.
SNU MINUTIA hosts an exhibition in SNU Powerplant.
You can enjoy the works created on the theme of Icarus, Hephaestus, and Hestia, mythological figures related to fire.
Our collective memory of mythology is connected to our memories through the medium of incense, and you will be able to recall different memories by burning incense yourself.
Here, you create another work of art by infusing it with your own experiences and emotions.
The scents and sculptures that fill the space push the boundaries of traditional visual and olfactory art, demonstrating the possibilities of creating art using multiple senses.
After visiting the exhibition, warm up with a cup of tea infused with edible aromas and talk about your experience.
