We invite you to the IPMN 2020 international academic conference.

The International Public Management Network(IPMN) will hold an online conference, “Leading and Managing in the Global Context”, with the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University(GSPA) on July 9(Thu) & July 10(Fri).

During the conference, a distinguished speaker will examine the aspects of governance and public management in South Korea that seem to have made it well positioned to address the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and what this means for Korea and the world going forward.

Our big question is as follows.

• What parts of the measures taken in Korea might be picked up by other countries in dealing with this and future pandemics?
• What parts flow from Korean social norms and its political settlement?

We are looking forward to the participation of many interested people.
