Professor PARK Young Joon, Director of SNU Nano Systems Institute created a nano-bio sensor chips connected to nano-materials.
The biosensors are used to gauge the state or the density of certain organic compound by detecting electric change in an organism.
Professor Park said that"these newly created chips would make it possible to find out infinitesimal virus DNA and send the experiment result via semiconductor communication."
His findings were published in the April issue of an American chemistry journal, ACS nano.
