[Issuance of Parking Tags]
▶Qualifications
Part-time instructor, teaching assistant (TA), student in a doctoral program, graduate student living on campus (master's program), research student, research faculty, or trainee
- •Graduate student: Graduate students who first enrolled in the fall semester of 2004 are not permitted to apply for a parking tag. Students in combined master's-doctoral program are permitted to apply for parking tags from the time they enroll their 5th semester.
- •TA: Eligible candidates for re-employment should send a note of re-employment confirmation to the Management Office. Name and vehicle number must be included (FAX: 880-8590).
- •Research student: Eligible after enrollment of the 2011 fall semester.
▶Qualification of the Vehicle for the Parking Tag
- •Applicant's own or spouse's vehicle
- •Applicant's own or spouse's family's vehicle
- •Applicant's sibling's vehicle
- •Graduate student living on campus (master's program): Only the vehicle registered under the applicant’s name is allowed

- ·1 copy of the Vehicle registration paper (original version)
- ·1 copy of the resident registration or family registration (in the case where the vehicle is not registered under the applicant's name)
- ·1 copy of a note of re-employment confirmation or official document for commission (for those applicable)
- ·1 copy of the graduate school tuition fee receipt (for those applicable)
- ·1 copy of the certificate of research student registration (for those applicable)
- ·1 copy of a note of the Gwanaksa resident confirmation (for those applicable)

▶Notes
- •Parking tags must be displayed inside the vehicle on the lower left hand corner of the windscreen (driver’s side).
- •In the case where applicants do not enroll or take a semester off, an appropriate regulation will be executed after a certain period (Applicants must apply after enrollment).
[Returning the Parking Tag]
▶ Parking tags should be returned as the system has been changed starting March of 2011.
- •Deadline for return: Friday, September 16th, 2011.
- •Required Documents
· 1 copy of the Parking Tag and Parking Tag Refund Request Form (attached below)
· 1 copy of the Parking tag and the case
· 1 copy of passbook - •Return the documents to the Management Office on the 3rd floor of the Administration building (Bldg. #60).

Parking tags must be returned to the office when
- -a part-time instructor is no longer employed by the University or does not extend his/her parking tag
- -a graduate student takes a semester off or does not extend his/her parking tag.
