Qualifications
○ Instructor,
part-time instructor, student in a doctoral program, graduate student living on
campus (master's program), research student, research faculty, or trainee

Graduate student: Graduate students who first enrolled before 2005 are not
permitted to apply for Parking Tag.
○ All other enrolled students are permitted to
apply for the Parking Tag.
○ Students in combined
master's-doctoral program are permitted to apply for the Parking Tag from the
time they enroll their 5th semester.

Part-time instructor(extended) : Submit the form to the Department Office.

Instructor: Eligible candidates for re-employment should send a note of
re-employment confirmation to the Management Office. (FAX: 880-8590)
(Name
and vehicle number must be included)

Research student: Eligible after enrollment of the following fall semester, 2007.

Graduate student living on campus (master's program): Only a
vehicle registered to the applicant is allowed to apply.

of the resident registration or family registration (in the case where the
vehicle is not registered under the applicant's name).

of a note of re-employment confirmation or official document for commission (for
those applicable).
- 1 copy
of the graduate school tuition fee receipt (for those applicable).
- 1 copy
of the certificate of research student registration (for those applicable).
- 1 copy
of a note of the Gwanaksa resident confirmation (for those applicable).

Procedure of Issuing the Parking Tag
○ New Applicant
- Get permission from the
Management Office. → Submit the
application form to the Parking Office → Receive
the Parking Tag.
○ Extension Applicant
- Get permission from the Management
Office → Submit the application form to the Parking Office.

Remarks
○ The parking tag must be
displayed inside the vehicle on the lower left hand corner of the
windscreen (driver's side).
○ In the case where
applicants do not enroll or take a semester off, an appropriate regulation will
be executed after a certain period (Applicants must apply after the enrollment).
[Returning the Parking
Tag]
□ The Parking
tag must be returned within 10 days prior to the expiration date.
○ Requirements

of the Parking Tag Refund Request Form

Remarks
- The
parking tag must be returned to the office when 1) a part-time instructor is no
longer employed by the University or does not extend his/her parking tag, 2) a
graduate student takes a semester off or does not extend his/her parking tag.

The Parking Tag should be returned within
10 days of the expiration date. If not returned for 6 months, the deposit
will NOT be refundable and the Parking Tag will not be usable.
