Exchange students are to apply through the Office of International Affairs (OIA;
Bldg No. 152, Tel: .02-880-8635).

Other students are to click the following URL to access the Dormitory
Application System.

(3) Enter your student id number (including the
dash “-“) in the first blank, and your birthday (yymmdd) together with the
numbers 1000000(for male) or 2000000(for female), which is 13 digits in total
in the second blank. If you are a newly admitted
student who does not have a student id number, enter your application number in
the first blank.
e.g. You are a female
student whose student id is 2007-12345 and your birthday is Jan 1, 1980.

Every applicant must take the medical examination during the designated period.
4. Eligibility:
(1)
Criteria
-
Undergraduate students including returning students (There will be a separate
application for freshmen.)

Graduate students including new and returning students
-
Research students (Those who have completed a Master’s or Doctoral coursework
but did not submit their graduation thesis yet. And at the same time, they have
to work full time at least 5 days a week without other occupations.)

Restrictions

Applicants should maintain minimum 2.0 of GPA
-
Applicants must have a clean bill of health (i.e. Students with contagious or
infectious diseases are unable to apply for dormitory)
-
Applicants should not have a record of disciplinary action or eviction.
(3)
Priorities
-
Applicants with disabilities have priority regardless of the above requirements
5. Announcement of selected residents and waiting list:
(1)
The results of selection will be announced on the following date. You can check
it through the application system. Those who are not accepted will be given a
number in the waiting list. Those who are accepted should print out the invoice
which you can find in the application system.

6. Application for the roommate:

You can live with your friend who is accepted to the dormitory through the
