Jan 21, 2008 ‘2008 Artificial Intelligence Robot School’ The School of Computer Science and Engineering of SNU is co hosting with Bonavision, a specialized company for intelligent robots, an ‘Artificial Intelligence Robot School’ winter workshop (Wed 9th Jan ~ Fri 18th Jan) for students of middle school through to university at the new Engineering Building. Jan 21, 2008 Pharmacy College signed MOU with Tokushima SNU College of Pharmacy signed an academic exchange agreement with College of Pharmacy of Tokushima University, Japan. It proceeded on November 21, with Younggeo Seo, Dean of College of Pharmacy of SNU and Yoshihisa Takaishi, Chief of College of Pharmacy of Tokushima University at presence along with other faculties from both universities. This year it signed new academic exchange agreements with over a hundred overseas universities, and also invited foreign scholars to open the Summer Institute. Dec 24, 2007 The Dream of Global Engineers The College of Engineering has established the ‘Global Leadership Program-Overseas Student Scholarship (GLP-OSS)’, funded by its alumni association’s ‘Vision 2010’, to send engineering students to other Asian universities that have signed agreements on student exchanges with SNU. Dec 24, 2007 Overseas Job Opportunities and Internships The Career Development Center is currently promoting the ‘Global Talent Program (GTP)’, which was launched in spring semester of 2007. GTP, the first SNU program ever with the objective of promoting overseas job opportunities for SNU students, is designed to facilitate students’ overseas employment by providing interview opportunities for employment and internships.
