Since 1976, the College of Business Administration has been operating the Advanced Management Program (AMP), which offers specialized training for executives, government officials, military officers, and other higher-level business executives. This year will mark the 83rd class of the AMP, which has trained some 5200 global leaders in business and politics.

The purpose of the AMP is to link business acumen to wider aspects of society by offering courses in subjects such as economics, humanities, society, culture, science, and the influence of corporations on the public. World-renowned SNU professors and other experts in these fields provide lectures throughout the program. Participants undergo various training methods such as case presentations, group retreats, and supervised practical training.

An active self-governing body, the AMP also provides many networking opportunities and holds frequent alumni reunions. The AMP also provides the option for participants to mentor students of the College of Business Administration and the Graduate School of Business at SNU.

The six-month long program runs twice per year. Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The incoming 83rd class of the AMP begins on March 10.
