3. Request for Cooperation:- A.For a proactive preparation, every related facility should let its members know of the exact date and time of the power outage.
- B.Researchers should make proactive plans for experiment equipment which need to be powered all-time such as facilities for cultivation, freezing, and storage.
- C.To prevent damages to electrical devices, please remove plugs from power outlets before the operation.
- D.After power is resupplied, resume electricity use only after safety checks.
- E.As security appliances such as CCTVs and other anticrime measures will stop operating during the power outage, please make separate anticrime plans.
