Issuing student ID card for freshman entering in the 2007 fall semester

Please refer to the following information regarding student ID card application process for freshman entering in the 2007 fall semester.  

■ Issuing a New Student ID Card

I.  Functions of the Student ID Card

-   Identification, entering the library, borrowing books, entering the computer lab, transportation card, etc.

-   It can be used as a check card upon request at the Nonghyup located in campus.

II. Dates and Process

-   Dates:

Apply by Mon. Sept. 3, 2007 (Round 1) or Fri. Sept. 7, 2007 (Round 2)

-   Eligibility:

Graduate school freshman (foreign students) entering in the 2007 fall semester, freshman at the Graduate School of Electrical Engineering, freshman at the Graduate School of Business Administration, undergraduate freshman, combined masters-doctoral students, research students, exchange students, visiting students, students entering specialization courses of medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine, transfer students, department transfer students, internet applicants who wish to change the photo on their application, etc.

-   Required documents:

One application (find the attachment: “application.doc”)

One photo (attached on the application)

-   Submit to the Department Office or Administration Office of each college

-   Process:

Submit the application to the department office

→ Student Center issues the ID card

→ Delivers the cards to each college

→ Students are notified to pick them up

III.    Reminder

-   A student must be currently enrolled to be eligible to request to issue an ID card.
