Gwanaksa 2nd Semester Registration and Check-in prodedures

1. Gwanaksa 2nd Semester Registration

1) Application Period :
   - 1st round - 4 Jun.(Mon) ~ 8 Jun.(Fri)
   - 2nd round - 30 Jul.(Mon) ~ 3 Aug.(Fri)

※ You may apply only once either the 1st or the 2nd round.
※ There is no additional admission acceptance after the application period.

2) Application Method : Application is possible through Gwanaksa's Homepage (www.dorm.snu.ac.kr), click 'Application System' and after logging in, print the payment bill. As soon as you pay the bill, the registration process is over.
※ Method of payment :
- Every Shinan Bank branch office is open for payment.
- Shinan Bank temporary reception desk open during application period : Gwanaksa Bld #900, 3rd floor (10am~4pm)
- Internet Banking, Phone Banking ATM Account transfer (Shinan Bank users)
- Other ATM machines are available but with extra charge

※ On-campus Shinan Bank location : ① BK international Building, next to the kindergarden, ② Building 44-1 College of Engineering, ③ Shinan Bank temporary reception desk  (Gwanaksa Bld #900, 3rd floor, 10am~4pm).

3) Fee payment
   - Double room : 435,000 won
   - Building 919 : 503,000 won
   - Building 918 (single room) : 663,000 won

2. Gwanaksa 2nd Semester Check-in

1) Check-in Period :
   - 26 Aug. (Sun) 13:00 ~ 18:00
   - 27 Aug. (Mon) 09:00 ~ 18:00 (Lunch Time 12:00~13:00)

3. Notice

1) Students that wish to stay during the 2nd semester should follow the above application procedures.
