Alien Registration
If you are planning to stay at SNU as a student, researcher or faculty, you should apply for an Alien Registration Certificate form at the Seoul Immigration Office. Application must be made within 90 days from arrival. more

Since Korea has agreed to the Geneva Conventions, you can use your international driving licenses during the term of validity. more

Mobile phones, high-speed internet services, telephones, and cable TVs are all widely available at inexpensive cost. more
Child Education
Seoul has various international preschool programs and several ‘Foreign Schools’ which only accept international students such as Seoul Foreign School (SFS), Yongsan International School (UIS), Seoul American Elementary School.
