Dept. of Computer Science Recruiting a Administrative Assistant.

The Department of Computer Science is recruiting a new Administrative Assistant.
Details are as follows.


1. Number of Positions: 1


2. Qualifications

 Basic: Must have graduated from a 4-year university

 - B.A.: GPA during 3 and 4th years in university must be over 3.0

 - M.A.: GPA throughout entire graduate program must be over 3.3         


  Age: Must be younger than 30

         Preferred: TOEIC score over 900 OR excellent English speaking skills


3. Duties: perform administrative tasks related to educational affairs; assist English-speaking foreign faculty among others?


4. Employment

Length of Contract: One year (renewable four times)

Vacation: Dependent on SNU public officer service regulations

Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00~18:00)

Payment: 2.5 million ~ 2.9 million won base pay (negotiable depending on applicant?s officer level)

 * There is a two-week training period before actual employment start date.

 - 2nd Screening: Normal Interview and English Interview (exact date will be notified individually).

 - Copies of academic transcripts (undergraduate level and above)  

 - English Proficiency Test Score Report (Foreign nationals from English-speaking countries are exempt from this requirement.)

 - A certificate of employment (if applicable)

 - Other relevant documentation, including certifications (e.g. MOS,etc,)
