As an international student, you can transfer into either the 2nd year or 3rd year of our school curriculum. Course credits previously earned at other institutions may be transferred to SNU.
When can I apply?
SNU's academic year begins in the Spring. The university offers admissions for the Fall semester as well as the Spring.
Please note the following important dates:
2012 Fall Admissions Timeline
The dates and deadlines below are for the application to the program that starts in Fall 2012
Online Application
Deadline l Jan.9(Mon)~Feb.28(Tue), 2012
* Note that the entrance to the program is in September 2012.
Submission of Documents
Deadline l Jan.9(Mon)~Feb.29(Wed), 2012
The required documents should arrive at the SNU Office of Admissions by this date. Applicants must have already completed the online application.
Announcement of Admissions Decision
April 20(Fri), 2012
Results will be posted on a notice of SNU website NOTICE
Tuition Payment
Deadline : August 2012 (TBA)
* At the branches of NONGHYUP Bank nation
Korean Proficiency Test
August 2012 (TBA)
When you check the admission result through SNU website on the day of Admission Decision Announcement, you can know if you are required to take the Korean proficiency test. You can check the exact test date on the attachment file; "Information for newly admitted students" on the notice for Admission Decision Announcement.

Please Note
- If it is not possible to apply online during the designated period, applicants may submit their application materials via post or in person. Only accepted if the documents arrive well before the deadline. In such case, please make sure to include the application fee with your application packet.
